By accessing or using the UniPay payment gateway platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
UniPay provides payment processing, settlement, and related financial technology services to registered merchants. Use of the services requires a valid merchant account approved by UniPay.
Merchants must provide accurate business information, comply with applicable payment card industry (PCI-DSS) standards, and not use the platform for prohibited transactions including fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
Transaction fees, settlement timelines, and applicable charges are defined in your merchant agreement. UniPay reserves the right to withhold settlement in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.
UniPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the transaction value in dispute.
UniPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate merchant accounts for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements, with or without prior notice.
