We collect information you provide during registration (business name, email, contact details), transaction data processed through our platform, and technical information such as IP addresses and device identifiers for fraud prevention purposes.
Information is used to provide and improve our payment services, comply with financial regulations and KYC/AML requirements, detect and prevent fraud, and communicate account updates and settlement reports.
We share data with acquiring banks and payment networks as required to process transactions, with regulatory authorities when legally required, and with service providers under strict confidentiality agreements. We do not sell your data to third parties.
UniPay does not store full card numbers or CVV data. Payment card data is handled in compliance with PCI-DSS standards and tokenised at the point of entry. Sensitive data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with financial regulations. Account data is retained for the duration of the merchant relationship and for the legally required period thereafter.
